Our raw bar is the opening move. A dozen oysters on a silver tray over crushed ice, horseradish and house cocktail sauce in the middle, mignonette on the side, lemon wedges everywhere. It's the right way to start a harbor dinner.
The oysters rotate — East Dennis, Duxbury, Wellfleet when the season's right. Ask the bar what came in that morning.
